Job Title: Office Manager
Salary: £12,82 - £14.37ph
Location: Hertford
Contract: Temporary to permanent, Full Time
Hours: Monday to Thursday 9:00am - 5:30pm Friday 5.00 pm finish
Client: We are a dynamic and growing company seeking an experienced and proactive Office Manager to join our team. If you're organised, efficient, and have a knack for keeping things running smoothly, this role is perfect for you!
Skills & Experience Required:
·Previous experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
·Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
·Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
·Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office software.
·Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
·Experience with ISO accreditations is a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES
·Client & Sales Support:
oAnswer telephone calls and manage client inquiries with professionalism.
oAssist sales teams by preparing quotations and tender documents.
·Administrative Duties:
oProcess purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
oSupport credit control by assisting with invoicing and payment follow-ups.
oTake minutes during meetings and ensure they are distributed in a timely manner.
oHelp manage administrative tasks related to our ISO accreditations.
·Office Management:
oEnsure all office supplies, including tea, coffee, and photocopy paper, are well-stocked.
oPurchase necessary office supplies and general housekeeping items.
oOrder branded merchandise and uniforms for installation teams.
oOrganise transportation, including train tickets and flights, for staff as needed.
oCoordinate permits, site access, and accommodation for installers and directors
