The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with strong communication and organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and responsibilities to include:
Assisting the Directors with a wide variety of tasks involved with day to day operations.
Purchasing of office supplies and�equipment.
HR administration to include maintaining employee records, coordination of holidays, offer letters, on boarding etc.. .
Coordinate team events and meetings.
Supporting other areas of the business including accounts if and when required.
Skills:
Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities.
Previous experience in a similar role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
HR admin experience an�advantage
Bookkeeping experience would be preferred but is not essential
