Position: Office Manager

Location: Spondon, Derby

Salary: �25,000 per annum

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:




  • Answering and managing incoming calls, including booking appointments and handling customer queries.

  • Coordinating daily schedules for the garage team.

  • Managing office records, including customer details and vehicle service history.

  • Assisting with invoicing and payment processing.

  • Maintaining a clean and professional office environment.

  • Supporting the team with general administrative duties.



Requirements:




  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

  • Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, scheduling tools).

  • Previous experience in an office management or customer service role (experience in the automotive industry is a bonus).

  • A positive and professional attitude.
