Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and managing incoming calls, including booking appointments and handling customer queries.
- Coordinating daily schedules for the garage team.
- Managing office records, including customer details and vehicle service history.
- Assisting with invoicing and payment processing.
- Maintaining a clean and professional office environment.
- Supporting the team with general administrative duties.
Requirements:
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, scheduling tools).
- Previous experience in an office management or customer service role (experience in the automotive industry is a bonus).
