What You Bring To thrive in this role, you ll need to bring passion, leadership, and a proven track record in child care: Essential Requirements Age 21 or older. Right to work in the UK. A clean driving license and access to a vehicle with business insurance. A minimum of five years experience working with children in a senior role. NVQ Level 3 or QCF Level 4 in Health/Social Care, Youth Work, or Education. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Services or Children and Young People s Residential Management (or working towards it). Desirable Attributes An enhanced portable DBS.
