Due to the company dealing with more enquiries than ever before, a new opportunity has arisen for an Onboarding Assistant to join the existing team in Bolton.

The Role
We are looking for a super-efficient Onboarding Assistant to support our operations team. You will be responsible for the administrative support for our Knightsbridge Commercial brand.

A background in administration is necessary, full training will be provided to assist with the role. You will be responsible for processing onboarding documents for clients and liaising with internal teams and dealing with general administration/office duties.

For the role of Onboarding Assistant, you need to have:
Strong organisational skills and the ability to self-manage
Good communication skills - confidence on the phone

Excellent IT & Analytical skills
You'll be expected to:
Help to support in the processing of onboarding documents for clients.
Communicate with our Compliance Team to update our CRM system with the relevant notes.
Liaise with clients to provide updates on their business status in our process.
Work closely with our Deal Executive team in making sure all notes are updated to ensure a smooth communication process with our clients.
Amend all relevant third-party marketing portals used to advertise our businesses with client updates.
Assist in drafting reports for our Sales department to update the relevant directors on processes.
Collaborate with the wider Administration team in partaking in team meetings.
Lend a helping hand in processing enquiries from our third-party websites, including but not limited to, processing non-disclosure agreements and sending details.
Contribute to the team's success and be a team player.
Further Details:
The successful applicant will be offered a permanent full-time role subject to receipt of satisfactory professional references. You must have eligibility to work in the UK.
Working hours are 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am – 3.00pm on a Friday. No weekend work.
