About the Role:

Vetro Education is seeking a committed and enthusiastic One-to-One Teaching Assistant to join our team for the upcoming academic year. You will play a crucial role in supporting a specific student, helping them to achieve their full potential, and ensuring they have a positive and productive school experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support to a designated student, focusing on their individual needs and learning objectives.
• Assist the student with classroom activities, assignments, and social integration.
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff to create a supportive learning environment.
• Monitor and report on the student's progress, adapting strategies as needed.
• Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the classroom.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Relevant qualifications or training in education or childcare are desirable.
