This role is perfect for someone with a commercial mindset and a passion for cats and dogs, ready to drive online sales in a dynamic environment.key responsibilities:Collaborate closely with the Ecommerce Trading Manager to identify growth opportunities and develop creative strategies to expand the category reach and attract new customersImplement ecommerce activities tailored to the category, including product listings optimization, promotions, and merchandising, to drive sales and enhance customer engagementOwn the category strategy, overseeing product assortment, pricing, and promotional campaigns to maximize revenue and profitabilityManage the end-to-end ecommerce experience for the category, from product selection to checkout, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping journey for customersAnalyze ecommerce performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize category performance and inform future strategiesThe overall objective is to drive commercial success while maintaining the integrity of the brand and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
