RoleAn exciting opportunity for an experienced onshore wind development Project Manager to join an international renewable IPP. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in orchestrating and advancing the timely development of our current onshore wind projects in the UK, while also taking charge of new projects as our portfolio expands in the years ahead.RoleAssess, appoint, instruct and project manage internal resources & key consultants to successfully develop onshore wind projects through to RTB (e.g planning, legal, communications);To lead by example utilising Project Management tools (Monday, MS Project etc) to document, coordinate & communicate tasks with delivery deadlines.To ensure tasks get done, on time, with the correct quality of detailed content.Establish and maintain excellent relationships with key project delivery stakeholders including landowners, Solicitors, Govt or Local Council Planners & community interest groups etc.Lead from the front within Community Engagement, hearing concerns and convincingly explaining realities;Reporting to management team on a monthly basis as regards project delivery progress, DEVEX and Risks.ResponsibilitiesBe a thoroughly organised, self-motivated, team-player, have motivational communication skills and exhibit a detailed, structured way of working.Possess a deep, 1st hand insight into the myriad complexities of commercial wind turbine project development, earned over a minimum of 5 years of experience in utility-scale onshore wind development project managementYou will be detail oriented, be a charismatic team leader and stickler for following up that task are properly completed You will be responsible for the successful delivery of the onshore wind PortfolioYou’ll be skilled with MS Office and confident in presenting project progress to an experienced management team.Have an astute commercial awareness of how, development choices, design decisions and equipment specifications can affect the value of a project. Will be educated with a Bachelor’s Degree in a related topicSalary and benefitsFully remote positionSalary of up to £80k per annum plus car allowance dependent on experience25% annual bonus38 days holiday (incl. bank holidays)Private pension and healthcare
