Onsite Coordinator

Great opportunity to work as an Onsite Coordinator at our client's fast-paced flower production site.
Staffline is recruiting for an Onsite Coordinator to work in Alconbury. Applicants will be flexible and mobile as they will be required to work between the Alconbury and Peterborough Offices once trained.
The rate of pay is £12.30 per hour.
This is a full-time role - 4 days on 4 days off shift pattern with additional overtime days offered but not expected. Shift pattern might be changed due to business requirements.
The hours of work are 05:30am - 06:00pm
Free transport is available from Peterborough.
There is a high chance of temp to perm for the right candidate!
Your Time at Work
As an On-Site Coordinator at this site, your duties include but will not be limited to;
- Signing in workers prior to their shift.
- Fulfilling daily bookings in line with client order requirements in a timely manner (Booking candidates for work on a daily basis)
- Handling high inbound and outbound call volumes
- Completing payroll on a daily/weekly basis
- Dealing with any worker queries (including pay queries) quickly and efficiently.
- Being responsible for administration processes such as change requests and absences.
- Managing compliance requirements and keeping secure records for audit purposes
- Providing a positive customer experience
Our Perfect Worker
Our perfect Onsite Coordinator will have the ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and strong problem-solving skills. You will have a customer-centric mindset, always putting people first.
You will ideally have experience within the recruitment industry, although this is not essential as full training is provided.
