This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your recruitment and management expertise at a prestigious client site, all while enjoying a generous salary of �32K per annum, including a car allowance, bonuses, and a work-from-home day.

What You'll Be Doing:

As our Onsite Recruitment Manager, you will lead a dedicated team, ensuring exceptional service delivery aligned with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Your leadership will be vital in nurturing a robust relationship with our client and orchestrating recruitment campaigns that exceed expectations.

Here's a snapshot of your responsibilities:

Manage Key Performance Indicators: Oversee service delivery, financials, resourcing, and cost management to maximise client account profitability.
Build Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain connections with key client contacts and collaborate with internal departments.
Candidate Management: Handle sourcing, resourcing, and campaign management to meet client needs.
Provide Benchmarking Information: Share insights on local salaries and temporary wage rates with clients.
Conduct Service Reviews: Regularly evaluate operational performance and ensure adherence to SLAs.
Resolve Client Issues: Act as a point of escalation for client concerns, addressing them promptly and effectively.
Market Research: Stay informed about the local recruitment landscape and competitor activity.
Ensure Compliance: Uphold company policies, procedures, and health and safety guidelines.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

Strong People-Management Skills: Demonstrate exceptional customer service and team leadership.
Business Development Acumen: Drive growth and exceed client objectives.
Recruitment Experience: Knowledge in candidate management, compliance, and right to work checks.
