Job Description

We are partnered with a large multi-national consultancy who require an OpenAI Solution Architect for a large transformation programme with one of their key customers.
The Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing an AI-powered solution that leverages Azure OpenAI for data capture, analysis, and reporting. This solution will integrate multiple data sources, automate workflows, and provide valuable insights to inform decision-making and stakeholder engagement strategies. The role requires a deep understanding of AI technologies, data integration, and creating scalable, efficient, and compliant solutions.
Specific responsibilities include -
Solution Design and Architecture:

  • Design a comprehensive AI-driven solution using Azure OpenAI to capture and analyse stakeholder sentiment and feedback from multiple data sources, including emails, meeting recordings, consultation responses, and survey feedback.
  • \n
  • Develop a scalable architecture that supports the integration of various data sources such as Salesforce, BI scores, CSAT scores, media coverage, and meeting notes.

Data Capture and Storage:
    \n
  • Implement automatic and manual data capture mechanisms to store data centrally.
  • \n
  • Ensure data storage solutions comply with legal and regulatory requirements and enable traceability for auditing purposes.
  • \n
Data Analysis and Reporting:
    \n
  • Utilize AI tools to analyse themes and sentiments from the captured data.
  • \n
  • Develop user-triggered synthesis reports and dashboards that provide insights into stakeholder sentiment and health indicators.
  • \n
  • Implement search and filtering capabilities for data synthesis and reporting.
  • \n
  • Develop dashboards and visualization tools to display data and insights for stakeholder groups and use cases.

This is an inside IR35 contract role via umbrella company, and you will be expected to be based onsite 2-3 days per week.
