The Role
To provide full administrative support for the Quality Control and Assurance activities of the company in relation to Operational Compliance. Tasks and responsibilities listed are all possible tasks and responsibilities, as updated, it is identified that some of these tasks will only be undertaken when the job holder is formally trained, and signed off as competent in these areas.
What will you be doing?
Ensuring continued compliant supply of products and compliance with Aspires EU and UK regulations;
Making stock available for sale;
Batch review for medical devices;
Investigation of returns, thefts and losses;
Temperature excursions;
Create/update/review controlled documentation;
Non-conformances/deviations related to area;
CAPAs related to area;
Change Controls related to area;
Actions in area for upcoming launches.
The Person
Science Graduate;
1-3 years experience (desirable);
Excellent collaboration, communication, and people skills;
Flexible can-do attitude;
Written and spoken English with good Communication Skills;
Time Management Skills;
Good Attention to Detail;
Proactive Team Player;
Proficient in MS Office (including, word, excel and outlook);
Proficient in Adobe Acrobat and electronic signature (desirable);
Proficient in Q Pulse or other electronic QMS (desirable).
