Operational Resilience Analyst

Our client, a specialist insurer in the Lloyds market, is seeking an Operational Resilience Senior Analyst for a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.Reporting to the Operational Resilience Manager you will be responsible for supporting the organisation's operational resilience and continuous improvement program.Some of your duties will include:Engagement with stakeholders to ensure important business services / critical or important functions continue to be prioritised and mapped to operational dependencies, identifying risks associated with them.Maintaining records of the people, processes, technology, facilities, and information that support important business services / critical or important functions.Maintaining operational resilience plans and processes, including communication plans.Managing incidents through to satisfactory resolution in line with company policy, plans and procedures.Monitoring industry and technical guidance so that the Operational Resilience Policy and procedures reflect the latest guidance.Providing guidance on operational resilience matters.Participating in workshops and update process maps.About you:You will have operational resilience, business continuity or operational risk experience, preferably in insurance.You will have knowledge of global regulatory guidance as it applies to operational resiliencePrior experience of change projects and adoption of new processes would be extremely beneficial in this role.Apply today if you are keen to develop your skills in supporting a leading organisation develop its operational resilience program.
