Operational Resilience Business Partner

This exciting Financial Services organisation has a unique opportunity for an experienced Operational Resilience professional to step into an Operational Resilience Business Partner role in order to enhance and run the Operational Resilience framework. This is a great opportunity as the organisation promotes internal progression, and you will also be tackling the DORA pieceIn this role you will report directly into the Framework Lead and you will be responsible for mapping important business services, act as the SME, conduct awareness of Operational Resilience, Vulnerability scanning, and other responsibilities.To be successful with your application you must in extensive working experience on the UK Ops Res Regulations and good knowledge of DORA, and a BCM certification is desirable but not essential.You will have access to a competitive benefits package including an annual bonus, 10% pension contribution which can be increased, Income protection, Critical illness, Private medical, amongst other benefits.
