Operational Resilience Lead/ManagerLocation: Essex or London About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operational Resilience Lead/Manager to join our team. This role involves leading and representing the Operational Resilience Team, ensuring the delivery of regulatory requirements through various defined workstreams as directed by the Group Operational Resilience Programme. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing Operational Resilience standards, processes, and procedures within the Markerstudy business. They will be accountable for the continuous maintenance, integration, and improvement of Operational Resilience within the domain.Key Responsibilities:Lead multiple workstreams and deliverables implementation into the business, including resource planning.Serve as the Operational Resilience Subject Matter Expert (SME) representing the business.Collaborate with stakeholders and the Group Programme Team to meet project milestones and common objectives.Report progress regularly to the Steering/risk committee and the Group Operational Resilience Programme.Complete and submit programme workstream artefacts for peer review.Manage both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring efficient communication.Work closely with the Group Operational Resilience Programme Manager on design, data analysis, and measuring programme outcomes.Implement new processes and methodologies in alignment with regulatory requirements, including process mapping, data analysis, reporting metrics, and scenario testing.Skills, Experience, and Knowledge:Must Have:Strong communication and influencing skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Systems thinking with a strong focus on achieving the right outcomes for customers and the group.Comfortable managing multiple workstreams.In-depth knowledge of Operational Resilience best practices, Business Continuity Management (BCM), Disaster Recovery (DR), Change Management, 3rd Party Risk Management (TPRM), and Crisis Incident Management.Extensive experience in managing and delivering Operational Resilience, TPRM, and Business Continuity regulatory projects in the financial services sector.Preferred:Additional relevant certifications or qualifications.Experience with scenario testing and regulatory compliance within financial services.Reports to: Head of IT Strategy & Governance
