Job Description
The Woodland Group are recruiting a European Operations Coordinator for our Head Office in Chelmsford to work closely with customers, clients and agents. The European Operations Coordinator will report to and work with the Operations Supervisor and is responsible for liaising between customers, suppliers and transport companies to ensure efficient and smooth shipment management from start to finish including quoting, costing and invoicing.

Manage all aspects of the import & export shipping process;
Provide transport companies with the relevant information to ensure customer collection/delivery requirements are satisfied;
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key customers to develop more business opportunities;
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders within the business
Work with the operations team to continually improve processes and business performance;
Support changes in the role necessary to take the department and business forward; Understand and adhere to all Woodland policies and procedures relevant to the role.
