OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR

We are recruiting an experienced Operations Administrator to join one of the UK's leading modular building specialists based in Brandesburton. This is a Permanent Vacancy with great opportunities to progress, offering a starting salary of �24,000 - �25,000 (dependant on experience) PLUS fantastic holiday allowances.

Shift pattern / Working hours

Monday to Friday 8am - 4:30pm

The Operations Administrator role is Permanent position that will commence with immediate effect however, should you have a notice period with your current employer, we will work around this.

Job description

As an Operations Administrator you will be responsible for supporting the Operations Team and will be a key player in ensuring all suppliers are paid in a timely manner. Your day to day duties will include;

� Raising purchase orders to create work orders

� Managing and querying invoices with site managers and suppliers

� Allocating project costing to the correct cost codes

� Booking in deliveries and labour in in line with client and project timescales

� Collecting and chasing site documentation to ensure compliance

� Collating and reporting site management costs on a weekly basis

� Recording meeting minutes

� Covering reception duties when needed

� Uploading documents to client portals

� Managing ingoing and outgoing mail

The successful candidate:

To be considered for the position of Operations Administrator, you must;

� Have previous experience working in the modular building or plant hire industry

� Be computer literate

� Ideally have knowledge of systems such as Oracle, Intelliview and Sharepoint

� Have good interpersonal and telephone skills

� Be customer service orientated

� Have a high level of concentration and attention to detail

� Have great organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure and the deadlines with minimum supervision
