Our client is currently recruiting for an Operations Administrator. Based in Aberdeen, the role is on a contract basis and offers hybrid working.

RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Managing and processing most aspects of billing and invoicing in the Upstream Chemicals product line, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
  • The role required excellent organisational skills to maintain efficient operations and support other administrative tasks as required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain effective relationships with internal customers.
  • Proficiency with software applications including MS Office, e-mail, and web browsers.
  • Prior experience with SAP or other ERP system required.
  • Highly motivated, process driven, focused, result orientated, strong drive for excellence.
  • Basic trouble shooting skills and the ability to problem solve.
  • Qualifications bachelor’s degree in, Science, Engineering, or related field.
