Our client is a growing business seeking an Operations Administrator to join their team. This is an exciting time to join an expanding business and offers the opportunity to develop and grow within your role.

Overview of the position

The chosen candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse by efficiently managing the booking of Sales Orders into their ERP system. This position requires a proactive individual who is comfortable with physical tasks and has a good understanding of warehouse operations as well as high computer literacy.


Responsibilities

  • Booking the Sales Orders into the ERP system - Cin7
  • Preparing the Commercial Invoices and Packing Lists
  • Gathering and updating the customers' data
  • Assist the warehouse operation with picking and packing duties, when required.
  • Scheduling and booking the courier collections via internal E-portal
  • Monitoring the retail orders via EDI
  • Liaising with local and international customers
  • Performing picking and packing duties accurately to meet customer demands, from time to time
  • Operating the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory levels, process orders, and manage stock movements.
  • Assisting in shipping and receiving processes, verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against documentation.

Skills

  • Proven experience in a warehouse administration.
  • Proficient in using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) for inventory tracking and order processing.
  • Experience with picking, packing, shipping, and receiving processes is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to details to ensure accuracy in all tasks performed.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
  • Proficient in PC literacy and Excel package
  • Knowledge of Mandarin language is highly desirable
  • Ability to work under pressure is highly desirable
