Location: Belfast (Hybrid) Whats involved: As Ctrl Alt continues to grow we are seeking an Operations Analyst to assist the COO in the operations function. We have offices in both Belfast and Dundalk where the team meet weekly, with remote working also a large part of this role. You will work directly with C-suite to ensure business processes are created and streamlined in order to aid a rapidly scaling organisation. The breadth of work will stretch across many sections of the business and there will be opportunities for you to grow with the business. Responsibilities will include, but not will not be limited to: Monthly reconciliations of finances in order to create management accounts and aid the financial management of the company Assisting with hiring processes and procedures Onboarding new employees and managing payroll Applying a good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the wider team/working group Effectively communicate and collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders Learn, understand and help form the products, rules, regulations, procedures, and controls of the business Skills/Qualifications will include: Minimum 2 years of experience in an operations or finance-related role Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and work towards deadlines Experience of Xero is preferred but not essential, we will provide all the training you need Keen attention to detail Willingness and ability to roll up sleeves, get stuck in and be a team player Excellent written and verbal communications skills Self-reliant, good problem solver, and results driven Benefits: £27k - £30k per annum depending on experience Generous stock options in an early-stage business Reporting into the COO.
