Working in a team of three, the Operations Assistant will be involved in all compliance initiatives across the firm from organising training, to amending policies and procedures to rolling out training. This is a key role and would be suited to someone who has previous experience as an IFA Administrator or Paraplanner or in Compliance who may now be looking to play a more central role to the day to day running of the company.
