Set in a five-acre garden, this historic Georgian house offers a variety of event spaces for conferences, meetings, awards dinners, parties, and wedding ceremonies. The venue also has a stunning five-acre Artillery Garden that can be hired for sports events, team building activities, and barbecues.
Role Description
The Operations Assistant will support the Operations Team physically setting up for a wide range of events across The HAC estate providing first class customer service and client support whilst ensuring our guests are welcomed to a safe and secure venue.
We are looking for a candidate that is seeking a career in the Event Industry and this role will enable you to gain in-depth experience across all aspects of Event Operations and an overview of a diverse mix of events which will include Meetings and Conferences, Dinners, Weddings, Receptions, Exhibitions, Outdoor Events, Film and Production.
Qualifications
Operations Management and Event Planning skills
Strong customer service and communication skills
Budgeting and financial management skills
Experience in event logistics and coordination
Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of health and safety regulations
Experience in the hospitality or events industry is preferred
