Salary �22,500 - �25,000
Location: Outskirts of Leeds - Hybrid working - 3 days in the office, 2 days from home

Our automotive client is looking for an Operations Coordinator to join their growing team. The role will involve acting as the link between the customer and the repair garages to ensure smooth communications between all parties. You will be liaising with the repair garages and keeping the customer updated and informed with regards to the progress of repairs, resolving customer queries and mitigating complaints. The role will also involve pulling together reporting and maintaining the internal CRM systems.
We are looking for someone customer orientated with a tenacious approach and strong problem-solving skills. We are open to experience but previous customer focused work experience is an advantage, as is an interest in cars/ automotive industry.
