OPERATIONS COORDINATOR - AI RESEARCH TEAM

£228.80 DAILY RATE (INSIDE IR35)

Location: Canary Wharf, London (3 days per week on-site)
Duration: 12-month contract

ROLE OVERVIEW

Join a cutting-edge AI Research team focused on developing legal large language models (LLMs). This position requires a highly organized individual to support team operations, assist leadership, and streamline processes in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the Head of AI Research in managing a team of Research Scientists
• Assist with recruitment, interviewing and onboarding of new Research Scientists
• Identify and manage risks, implementing mitigation strategies when needed
• Serve as communication liaison between team members
• Maintain schedules, prioritize meetings and manage information flow

REQUIREMENTS

• Demonstrable experience in Operations, Project Management or Administrative roles
• Experience with LLM Training or Data Science teams highly desirable
• Legal Technology industry experience beneficial
• Strong recruitment and team management skills
• Excellent prioritization and multi-tasking abilities
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 suite
• Experience with Workday and SAP FieldGlass advantageous
