Working Hours:
25-30 Hours Per Week over 4/5 Days
Precise working hours are negotiable to support candidates with transport/childcare constraints.

The Role:
We are looking to recruit an Operations Coordinator to support our Management team in the delivery of Manned Guarding and Mobile Services to our clients
This is a role designed to measurably improve service delivery to our customers.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct daily reviews of the performance of our Patrol & Response teams using our TrackTik software.
Collate and distribute reports to customers as required, including the escalation of any issues from the previous night.
Management of Fleet vehicles within Oakpark Security, including coordinating repairs, booking servicing and tracking mileage.
