Salary: £85 £110,000 per annum (depending on experience) plus bonus & Benefits
An Opportunity to become Operations Director in an exciting premium quick service concept that currently operates circa 20 sites and will expand at pace over the next couple of years. This group currently operate one of the coolest premium QSR / Cafe brands in London.
The right Operations Director will get to work closely with the founder and Managing Director to shape the direction of this exciting Quick Service premium Concept.
To apply for this Operations Director position in London you will need to have:
Previous Operations Director or Head Of Operations multi site experience
Worked in a similar quick service Restaurant or premium coffee or Bakery Group.
Ideally have openings experience.
Worked within the constraints of a brand.
Worked directly with Suppliers.
Fully Financially Accountable.
Good Knowledge of HR and Health and Safety
Passion and Drive to help create this exciting new company.
