We are working with a UK-based Contract Research Organization who are looking for an Operations Director to join their team in London.
The Company
Well established CRO who specialize in early phase studies
Successfully completed over 500 early phase studies and delivered more than 25 medicines to market
Recently opened a new 30-head department and are continuing to consistently grow
The Role
Lead and manage the company's Pharmacovigilance, Medical Writing and Data Management departments
Strategic Leadership
Business Development
Operational Excellence

The candidate who secures this role will be the leading contender to become the next Managing Director of the organization
The Ideal Candidate
Strong background in operational and commercial leadership, within the CRO industry
Operational or leadership experience in Data Management, Medical Writing, or Pharmacovigilance functions
Proven track record of success in business model changes, restructuring or leading change management programs within the pharmaceutical or CRO industry
Good understanding of the clinical research process, including regulatory requirements, study design, and operational considerations
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and initiatives
