This role is dedicated to one key client in the financial services sector and will be fully on-site in their state of the art Central London offices. The role is split between working on escalated service desk tickets, walk-up requests (think tech bar), device builds and processing joiners & leavers. This role is ideal for someone with a few years IT experience who is looking for a process driven company who really push their engineers to get the most out of their potential.
