The UK-based commercial recycling company are one of the leaders in the market, and due to continue growth and workload, they are looking for a new leader to support the running of the plant.
Within this autonomous, varied role, you will be tasked with supporting the current MRF Manager with numerous duties including operational management, HSE and quality. The end goal is to then ultimately take responsibility of the plant in a managerial capacity. Due to the excellent industry training, any candidates with strong people or operations management skills are encouraged to apply.

The Role:

• Supporting current MRF Manager with operations of the plant, including HSE, quality and maintenance
• Monday - Friday, 42.5 hours

• Industrial, Plant, Recycling, Aggregates or Material Handling background
• People Management / Operations experience
• Looking to step into management
• Lives commutable to Exeter
