Following on from a new Senior Leadership appointment the next phase for this organisation is to appoint an established Operations Manager to help implement systems, processes and procedures across the company to make it a world-class facility and culture to match its brand.
This role is about two things.
Operational Excellence.
You will be integral to the operational strategy, using your expertise to foresee challenges and establish structures that embrace change and drive transformation.
People Development.
