Locum Operations Manager - Fostering Services

NonStop Social Care is seeking a Locum Operations Manager for an Independent Fostering Agency in the North West. This position offers an agency contract based in Greater Manchester with some flexibility for remote work. The role involves working alongside the Head of Fostering to manage the daily operations of fostering services across Manchester, Lancashire, and Cheshire. Regional travel within these areas will be required.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the registered manager to oversee fostering services in the North.
• Supervise a team of supervising social workers.
• Ensure the highest quality of care for foster carers and children.

Requirements:

• Qualified Social Worker.
• Post-qualifying experience in fostering or Looked After Children (LAC).
• Experience in staff management and supervision.
