The Operations Manager will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of their multi-modal freight forwarding services. This position is responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of all transport modes, overseeing operations teams, and driving continuous improvement in processes and service delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong operational knowledge in freight forwarding, leadership experience, and the ability to manage complex logistics solutions.

From You:

• Proven experience in operations management within the freight forwarding or logistics industry, particularly with multi-modal transportation (road, air, sea, rail).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
• Deep understanding of logistics, supply chain management, and freight forwarding operations.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to quickly identify and resolve operational issues.
• Strong knowledge of compliance regulations, international shipping standards, and customs requirements.
• Proficient in using logistics management software and other relevant operational tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
