Heating and Ventilation Manager

Location:�North West London

Salary:��40,000 - �55,000�

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage a team of 18 heating and ventilation professionals, ensuring high standards of performance and productivity.


• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all heating, ventilation, and plumbing operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.


• Develop and implement effective maintenance and installation strategies for boilers and other HVAC systems.


• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and provide ongoing training and support to team members.


• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and industry standards.


• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during projects.


• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.


• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a management position within the heating and ventilation industry.


• Extensive knowledge of boilers, plumbing, and HVAC systems.


• Strong leadership and team management skills.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.


• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.


• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


• Relevant qualifications in heating, ventilation, plumbing, or a related field.
