A consumer health, wellness, personal growth, FMCG client with Head Offices in London is seeking an Operations Manager to join their team.
This is a hybrid role that combines the best of Human Resources and Finance operations which could be a great career path to Operations Director and beyond.
As the Operations Manager you will:
Liaise with external parties (e.g., legal, payroll providers, regulatory bodies) to ensure compliance with all relevant HR regulations and standards.
Ensure accuracy and stay ahead of regulations.
Support reviews, guide development goals, and power recruitment efforts.
Assist in the yearly review process by coordinating timelines, gathering relevant data, and providing insights into market salary averages and benchmarking.
Keep financial records sharp, manage accounts receivable, and track expenses with precision.
Support recruitment efforts by sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, managing communications, and maintaining up-to-date recruitment trackers.
Provide weekly support for accounts receivable by monitoring outstanding invoices, reconciling payments, following up with clients, and preparing AR performance reports.
We are looking for an Operations Manager who is:
Previous experience in HR and/or finance admin roles.
Knowledge of payroll processes, HR compliance requirements.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Exceptional communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Experience in recruitment and talent management is a plus.
Understanding of bookkeeping and financial processes.
