Operations Manager Premium Independent Artisanal Growing Bakery Group
Base Salary £55,000 Plus Benefits and Share Options.
We are recruiting for an Operations Manager to join a new premium independent award winning Bakery brand.
The Company currently operates two Bakeries and will be opening three more bakeries within the next 12 months.
This is the first time the founders are appointing an Operations Manager. We are looking for an Operations Manager that has previous Branded Bakery experience, an Operations Manager that wants to progress into a Head of Operations or Director of Operations position in the next couple of years.
The right Operations Manager will not just know how to follow the best policies and procedures but also know how to create and implement them into a new growing Bakery Group.
