Are you an seasoned leader within Operations Management within the Manufacturing, Engineering or Mechanical based sectors looking for the opportunity to take charge of a specialist manufacturer and support them in a 7 year growth plan, where you will have the scope to progress into directorship and put your own stamp on the business?

This role will suit a Seasoned Leader within Operations looking to progress their career within an exciting specialist manufacturer where you will to work towards directorship
The Role:
*Working with Key stakeholders incease quality of service
*Overseeing full life cycle and P&L from Design stage to completion
*Indirect Reports of 22 with 3 Direct
*Scope of career progression to Directorship
The Person:
*Previous Leadership experiance
*Passion upskilling and improving teams
