Operations Manager

Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be working with a market leading manufacturer to recruit an Operations Manager to join their Goole facility.  

Our client is looking for a dynamic and driven Operations Manager to join their team on the weekend shift to uphold their high standards and influence positive operational change.

Duties of the Operations Manager include:

• Drive daily performance of a team of 35-40 production operatives
• Monitor, review, implement and control site standard operating standards
• Manage absence, return to work, training and development
• Check quality and health & safety standards are continuously met and adhered to

Skills and experience for the Operations Manager role includes:

• Experience in a fast paced production environment 
• Operational Leadership experience at full site level
• People-centric – can engage and inspire
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
