Operations Manager -� Maternity Cover�

We are recruiting for an experienced and quality focused Operations Manager for a fantastic group of 3 residential and supported living services in the London. This position is a temporary position covering a span of 15 months maternity cover.

The Operations Director will be offered a fantastic salary of up to �37,000.

The Operations Director must have

Prior experience at Operations/Director level

Strong staff management skills

Experience of managing multiple sites

Excellent knowledge of OFSTED regulations, health and social care legislation and regulatory requirements

Enthusiasm, passion and determination to achieve Outstanding and deliver the highest quality person centred care.
