Logical personnel Solutions are looking for an Operations Manager or Senior Coordinator for their offices in Leeds City Centre to support the employees and businesses across the UK.



Logical PS Group are experts in labour supply, recruitment services and training provisions. Due to an incredible growth forecast we require additional resource in our Operations/Support Services function in Leeds. 



Logical are currently a £50M turnover business with an objective to achieve £100M in 4 years, working across the Logistics, Engineering, Energy,and Construction sectors. We provide labour solutions to these verticals with the ability to train and provide apprenticeships through our training division. 



The Operations Department is responsible for supporting the business to achieve the projected growth and provide assistance, solutions and training to the end users. 



Whilst members of the team have specific specialisms the team delivers: 





  • IT Support (Set-up, IT Assistance and CRM Super User). 




  • Supporting the Phone Systems in the respective offices. 




  • Acting as Triage for Third Party Service Providers. 




  • Audits, compliance and reporting for ISO Standards. 




  • Office Moves and co-ordination of third-party suppliers. 




  • Basic Website Maintenance using WordPress and potentially SEM 





Any combination of the skills and experience above will be considers as we are looking to recruit multiple staff into the team with complimenting skills in the areas we cover to support the business. 



The Operations department supports the whole Group business and offices in the UK and, where possible and required, need to be able to visit these sites to underpin the growth and to aid in the training development and support of all the staff across our network of offices. 



Our IT Environment uses Remote Desktop in a Virtual environment with O365. We would welcome someone to come with increased experience in SharePoint, OneDrive, General Windows 10 support skills, printers, scanner configuration and a general understanding of IT in a commercial environment. 



The Operations team need to ensure all IT & Communications (Fixed Line Phones, IP Phones, Mobiles & Internet Connectivity) services are delivered according to the agreed business expectations in terms of cost, time and quality. Maintain effective management of service providers and 3rd parties, ensuring that all changes, enhancements and upgrades are implemented in line with pre-agreed service levels. To ensure that the current infrastructure meets the businesses short term and-long term requirements. To provide local and ideally remote employee IT Support. 



We supply iPhones, Laptops, and additional equipment to enable our employees to work remotely and support will need to be provided to these end-users. 



The Operations Team manages and maintains the Company Website and Social Media presence. Refreshing and maintaining content, uploading news stories and relevant industry and company information. Ensuring usability and constant re-optimisation to maintain "findability", however certain aspects of this are outsourced to an agency. 



Job Titles are not really important to our team, we require do-ers and co-ordinators, we will engage third-parties to fill in gaps in our knowledge but this role would suit anyone analytical, pragmatic and customer focussed
