Operations Manager

Due to expansion and project growth, we are now searching for an experienced senior level Operations Manager for this exciting and pending Social Housing contract based in Birmingham.This critical Operations Management role will have direct responsibility for the safe and effective delivery of this c£25m Social Housing project (min 2 years). You will guide and directly manage a team of Assistant Site Managers, Site Managers, Project Managers, Trades teams and Admin support staff through external retrofit projects.We are particularly interested in candidates from a large main contractor background, with high or low rise experience of managing external projects, knowledge of PAS 2030 / PAS 2035 would be advantageous.Essential:Senior Management Construction Projects experienceExperience of working on and managing large scale multi-storey/high-rise building projects (including; fire remedial work, EWI, roofing, windows and scaffolding experience).NVQ L6 (Construction) or equivalentExperience of managing multi-million-pound construction projectsExcellent communication and management skillsThis is a senior level position with a generous basic salary + motor expenditure allowance + benefits.We'd love to hear from you, we're able to discuss a range of opportunities on this large scale project.
