Elliott Recruitment are pleased to partner with a Barrow-in-Furness based company who have a new opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to lead their team.

My client is a niche organisation who have seen tremendous growth and are now looking to appoint a permanent Operations Manager to lead the operational and technical activities of the business.

The Operations manager will maintain a clear understanding of projects at all stages ensuring quality standards are maintained in a safe and efficient manner.

Key duties will include:

• Ensuring the availability of personnel and equipment for projects


• Supporting Project Managers with project development and delivery


• Managing onsite and field-based teams


• Liaising with clients and suppliers


• Formulating strategy and planning


• Improving operational performance

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing operations and supporting field-based project delivery. You will have the ability to coordinate multiple field-based projects and will have excellent planning, coordination, communication and delegation skills.

My client is offering a competitive salary up to £70k and flex working with the option to work from home one day per week.
