Key Responsibilities -Scheduling workInspection of the cleans after they have taken placeResponsible for compliance in H & S, Environment and QADevelop and build customer relationshipsManagement of cleaning operativesRecruitment and trainingSite MeetingsAchieving KPI’sResolving any complaints promptly and efficientlyManaging the applications Manage all operational aspects of the business when both Directors are absentYou must have Proven mangement experienceStrong leadership an interpersonal skillsSound organisation and management skillsStrong business acumen, creative thinking and problem solvingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work well under pressureStrong decision makerA strong sense of accountability and integrityA clear passion for strong operational deliveryPlanning and organisational skillsMust be fully computer literate in Word/Excel ( Numbers/Pages)A full driving licence will be a necessityIn return we would offer a competitive salary, share option, company vehicle, mobile telephone, pension scheme, 28 days annual leave.
