Operations Manager (Trade Show Events)Salary: upto £45,000 We are now recruiting for an experienced Events Manager to join a much loved brand and to be an integral member of the team in it's ongoing success.The Client:An award winning media, publishing and events company, with a growing portfolio of 30 live events covering design, interiors, lifestyle and construction. As well as being specialists in the events sector, the Company’s creative flare produces well established publications and a series of award-winning magazines and websites. You will be working on a household name brand with a rich history within the Architecture, Home and Design world.The Role:Work with the event management team on the full delivery of the eventsClose liaison with features team, sponsorship, sales team and marketing departments to ensure delivery of the events.Oversee administer and control the overall and individual show budgetLead and shape all of the show contentOversee and conduct the key relationships with show partners show talent and key associationsCompile the signage schedule for each event and implement onsite and ensure the satisfaction of the event sponsorsManaging and implementing show featuresDeveloping new and innovative solutions for catering/hospitality areas at each show, including restaurants, bars and cafes.Extensive research and sourcing of products/servicesWorking on site at the event managing relationships with contractors throughout the build and installation processGeneral administrative managementPost show reviews, reconciliations and analysisGuide your team and ensure training and development occurs regularlyBuilding partnership with key associates/ institutions.Ideal Candidate:We are looking for a friendly and reliable Event Manager with a passion for delivering outstanding outstanding large scale Trade Show Events.
