Job DescriptionOperations Manager – Full-time – £70,000We are seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to join a rapidly growing company in Leeds. As the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day operations, along with overseeing and optimizing the operational processes to ensure efficiency and productivity across the business.What you'll be doing:- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency- Oversee business development, site visits, project management, purchasing, HR.- Lead and mentor a team of operations staff to achieve departmental targets- Ensure all operations comply with health and safety regulations and company policies.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and drive operational excellenceWhat you'll need:- Proven experience in an operations management role, preferably in the renewable energy or construction industry. Experience with solar PV installation is highly desirable.- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams- Excellent project management and organisational abilities.- Strong financial acumen and budget management experience.
