A key hire we are looking to make is for an experienced Operations Manager to join.Key responsibilities within the role:Supplier LiaisonOversee relationships with job boards, cleaning services, telephony, internet providers, hardware providers, marketing services liaison to ensure getting the best and timely serviceOffice ManagementEnsure office has supplies, booking travel, helping to organise staff and client events.Organising IT equipment, ensuring Health and Safety procedures are in place, ensuring all electrical equipment is PAT Tested Internal ReportingMaintaining sales information, support on internal communications,People AdministrationOversee new starter process and off boarding, ensure HR Admin system is maintained accurately, maintain org chartsFor this role we are seeking applications from experienced Operation Manager / Office Administration professionals. You will describe yourself as being a self-starter, well organised, proactive and having strong attention to details. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint would be advantageous.This role is office based in Glasgow city centre. The role can be undertaken on 4 days a week (pro-rata basis or full-time.
