Job Title: Operations Manager Location: Remote, (South England based) Industry: Beverage Manufacturing The Advocate Group is proud to be representing a hugely exciting and fast-growing brand within the Water industry. On behalf of our client, we are leading the search for a talented individual to lead Supply Chain Operations in a varied role which will play a pivotal role in increasing manufacturing capabilities with the co-manufacturer and driving improvements in the distribution of products to major national retailers. If you're a passionate and driven Operations / Supply Chain professional, with experience of improving operational processes to drive growth, then we'd love to speak to you about this opportunity Key Responsibilities Develop and manage relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure a smooth and efficient supply chain Oversee the planning and implementation of new manufacturing lines and other operational projects Manage warehousing and logistics operations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products Identify and capitalize on opportunities for market growth and expansion Balance supply and demand to optimize inventory levels and meet customer needs Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer orders Plan and manage production capacity to meet current and future demands Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Your Profile Proven experience in Supply Chain and Operations Management within Beverage Manufacturing Proven track record in streamlining manufacturing, logistics and warehousing Experience with new product development and process implementation Strong project management ability and problem-solving Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Proactive and driven, with a strong desire and hunger to drive the growth of a dynamic brand Go-getter attitude and a desire to own processes and drive improvements This is a hugely lucrative opportunity for a hungry and driven individual to further their career in a forward-thinking and innovative environment.
