Role:




  • Reporting to and supported by the General Manager, working closely with demanding�customers, you will have complete responsibility and autonomy for the leadership of a fast paced, high volume, labour intensive process.

  • You will lead and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

  • You will identify issues negatively affecting performance and implement corrective action plans to resolve.

  • This is a customer focussed role, focussed on the achievement of demanding customer requirements / KPI's through the leadership of people.



Skills / experience required:




  • You will have a track record of achievement.

  • High volume / fast paced 'blue collar', labour intensive,�operations experience is highly preferable.



Remuneration:
