Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager at Prime Clean Limited in London. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, including managing cleaning services, waste management, security, and other support services. They will also be tasked with ensuring operational efficiency, quality control, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Operations Management, Facility Management, and Team Leadership skills
Experience in managing cleaning services, waste management, and security operations
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Experience in the cleaning industry or related field is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
