Operations Manager

The Operations Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all back-of-house activities while driving to maintain the highest level of hospitality. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
✔️ Lead, train, and manage a team to ensure a high standard of member experience and professionalism.
✔️ Collaborate with front-of-house staff to address and resolve member issues and requests, ensuring seamless operation and member satisfaction.
✔️ Coordinate external vendor services for repairs, maintenance, and services to keep our facilities top-notch.
✔️ Support with procurement, storage, and distribution of office supplies and equipment, maintaining inventory accuracy.
✔️ Oversee logistics for deliveries, shipments, and space planning for events and meetings.
✔️ Manage monthly invoicing audits and debt management for our members.
✔️ Ensure high performance and efficiency by developing standard operating procedures.
✔️ Oversee the implementation and maintenance of software and systems like Yardi, Spacebring, Tripleseat, Monday, and Salesforce.
**Qualifications:**
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
✔️ Proven experience in operations leadership, preferably in hospitality or coworking.
✔️ Strong leadership and team management skills.
✔️ Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software.
✔️ Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
✔️ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
