Job Description
: The Operations Manager will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of Pickrz.com. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, implement strategic initiatives, and manage resources to achieve company goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for the sports betting industry.
Responsibilities
:
Develop and implement operational strategies, plans, and procedures to enhance efficiency and achieve company goals.
Oversee daily operations of the company, including product development, marketing, sales, and customer support.
Collaborate with the executive team to set comprehensive goals for performance and growth.
Establish policies and procedures that promote company culture and vision.
Lead and manage the operations team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional development.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in the sports betting industry.
Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, investors, and regulatory bodies.
Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives and best practices.
Requirements
:
Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role.
Strong background in operations management, preferably within the sports betting or online gaming industry.
Exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent strategic planning and execution abilities.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
